對(duì)于測(cè)量部(針規(guī))是保證在士0.003mm以內(nèi)的,螺紋部和測(cè)量部的同軸度(圓跳精度)也都是在0.01mm以內(nèi)的

螺紋的等級(jí)是JIS2級(jí)的相當(dāng)品(JIS B 0205)

材質(zhì)

測(cè)量規(guī)是使用的SKS鋼，螺紋部是切削加工品(非熱處理)

FEATUERS

l  The position and pitch of screw holes can be measured with high accuracy

l  Fixed with “Knurled handle" to avoid touching the gauge with bare hands

l  The bottom of the measured amount of the screw position gauge has an R surface shape, and the screw position gauge is carried to the center of the screw hole

*In order to measure with high accuracy with a screw position gauge, chamfering that is processed at the same time as the screw part is required.

ACCURACY

l  The measuring part (pin gauge) is within土0.003 mm with respect to the outer diameter, and the coaxiality (runout accuracy) between the threaded part and the measuring part is within 0.01 mm

l  The screw grade is equivalent to JIS2 grade (JIS B 0205)

METERIAL

l  Gauge steel SKS. The threaded part is machined (non-heat treated).
